How to solve the problem of oil leakage in vulcanizer

    Vulcanizing machines play a very important role in industrial production and are large equipment necessary for some industries. However, the oil leakage of the vulcanizer has become a headache, how to solve it effectively.

    Oil leakage from the vulcanizer is a technical knowledge that the operator must master.

   The use of process equipment (drilling formwork) to drill through the oil hole can completely solve the shortcomings of excessive oil passage hole error between the two parts.

   The various holes (size holes) of the 1 drill template should be completely processed on the coordinate boring machine. The hole pitch error can be controlled within ±0.006mm imitation: within the general, the hole pitch error is required to be 0.1mm. Position the four screw holes of the valve and install four positioning pins on the drill template to insert into the four mounting holes of the valve body.

   The four mounting screw holes of the valve body should be drilled to drill the bottom hole of the thread, and the drill template is positioned with these four holes, and then the oil hole is drilled. The procedure of such processing ensures accurate alignment with the center distance "X" of the oil passage of the vulcanizer valve body, and oil leakage does not occur even when the oil temperature rises to 60 °C.

   In addition, when installing the screws of the control valve, pay attention to:

1 The length of the four screws for installing the control valve should be more than twice the diameter of the screw.

2 The depth of the screw hole is more than 2.5 times.

3 It is necessary to install the  strength alloy steel nails.
