If it is too low, it should be electrified and dried until the insulation value reaches 50MPa or less. In the process, it should be handled with care and gentleness; if it is used in the field, it needs to have reliable rainproof and waterproof means to avoid being affected by rain and moisture; when it is used, it should be placed in air circulation, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and In the warehouse that is not affected by the rain, the sleeper is padded below, and it is strictly forbidden to be placed on the ground.

   Vulcanizing machine composition:

The vulcanizer is generally composed of four parts, a clamping mechanism, two control systems, three pressure systems, four heating systems.

The clamping mechanism is generally composed of a frame and a bolt. The control system is composed of an electric control box and a secondary wire. The pressure system is composed of a water pressure plate and a pressure test pump, and the heating system is composed of a heating plate and a heat insulation plate.

   working principle:

Rubber band vulcanization is a process from raw rubber to cooked glue, in which vulcanizers are required to provide pressure, temperature, and control cure time. The vulcanizer meets this process. The pressure is provided by the frame and the water pressure plate. The electric control box and the heating plate provide temperature and control the vulcanization time. Generally, the ordinary domestic rubber belt has a vulcanization temperature of 145 degrees, a vulcanization pressure of no more than 1.5 mpa, and a vulcanization time of about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the tape.
