Method for measuring vulcanizer noise

  The vulcanizer is particularly simple to form noise during work. Different vulcanizers have different noise specifications, and their quality is also a major factor.

  The equipment and root conditions of the vulcanizer noise control and defensive, the fixing and connection of the vulcanizing machine shall be indicated in the operating instructions. The flat vulcanizing machine should be installed on the plane reflecting surface created by concrete. If an elastic base pad is used between the machine and its support surface, its skill characteristics should be recorded. All measured devices should have the same conditions as the substrate.

  For the measurement of the weighted sound power level, if the A-weighted sound pressure level measured at the operator's employee position exceeds 85 dB, a specification shall be selected to determine the A-weighted sound power level. If practicable, the engineering method should be used and should be measured once per speaker position, and the duration of each measurement is performed in accordance with F.5 rules. The measurement surface shall be a parallel hexagon; the measurement interval shall be 1 m.
